TRAINING SOLUTIONS SINCE 1987
Our mission is to create thought provoking and poignant learning videos and educational materials for organizations with training needs in domestic and  international environments.

Our strategic approach includes client centered training and facilitation to impact on organizational performance, and address specialized goals of each client. We use innovative client focused approaches to increase participation of our learning audience.

Our training engages the audience in a highly dynamic exchange.
Our content is tailored to the needs of our clients. We develop new learning materials as well as customize existing content. We use case studies in our video illustrations to make training relevant and engaging.
Our delivery consists of in classroom interactions with trainers and online/ offline using flexible media-formats, including CD-ROM, web-based e Learning, DVD, video and text  to best meet the knowledge needs of our global users.

We begin with our client’s needs assessment and meet their workforce development and training goals.

Our Cross Cultural Training provides a bridge from insulation to inclusiveness to build trust and inspire collaboration.

In partnership with Teret Productions we produce broadcast quality videos.
  • Organizational Videos - organizations demonstrate their progress, as a report of their success stories.
  • Advocacy Videos -  inform, educate and influence outcome with public outreach on healthcare, human rights, women’s equality and participation, youth empowerment and social development.
  • Training Videos - thought provoking and poignant videos for domestic and international organizations.
  • Video Training for Advocacy - on site video training to equip lay people with capacity to produce documentaries on a number of topics of human interest.
